Our Commitment

Pearl Labs LLC is committed to making FenceEstimatePro accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We want every contractor and their team to be able to use our platform effectively, regardless of how they access the web.

Conformance Target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1 Level AA), the standard widely referenced for accessible websites and applications. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort and continue to improve as the product evolves.

Measures We Take

• Visible keyboard focus indicators across interactive elements.
• “Skip to main content” links so keyboard users can bypass navigation.
• Programmatic labels for form fields so assistive technology can announce them.
• Semantic landmarks (header, navigation, main) and a single page heading.
• Respect for the operating-system “reduced motion” preference.
• Support for browser zoom and responsive layouts for mobile and field use.
• Ongoing review of color contrast and screen-reader compatibility.

Ongoing Work

Accessibility is never “finished.” We re-review accessibility after significant interface changes and welcome feedback that helps us find and fix issues faster. Some third-party components and content may not yet fully conform; where we identify gaps, we work to remediate them.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on FenceEstimatePro, please tell us. We take these reports seriously and will work with you to provide the information, service, or functionality you need.

Email support@fenceestimatepro.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line. Please include the page or feature, what happened, and the assistive technology or browser you were using. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports promptly and to resolve verified issues as quickly as we reasonably can.
