Which plan should I choose?
Choose Starter for a solo estimating and quoting workflow. Choose Pro to manage your crew, jobs, change orders, and owner profit dashboard. Choose Business for a larger team, advanced reporting, and signed document history. You can compare exact features and user limits above.
Can I change plans as my business grows?
Yes. Manage your subscription from Settings → Plan & Billing in your dashboard. Review the available changes and any charges shown in the billing portal before confirming. For more than 10 users or custom requirements, contact sales about Enterprise.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are paid upfront for the year: $490 for Starter, $990 for Pro, or $1,990 for Business. Each annual price equals 10 monthly payments, giving you 2 months free. The pricing toggle shows the monthly equivalent and the annual total.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Monthly plans cancel anytime. Annual plans are billed yearly and can cancel renewal anytime. Manage cancellation in the billing portal from your dashboard. Access continues through the paid term. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Can I export my business records?
Yes. You can export your account workbook from your dashboard. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate actions; the Help Center explains export and deletion options so you can choose the right next step.
