Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Prorated billing means you only pay the difference for the rest of the billing period.
What's the difference between Starter, Pro, and Business?
Starter ($49/mo) is built for solo operators — unlimited estimates, auto material calculations, margin protection, and PDF quote generation. Pro ($99/mo) adds the jobs & foreman board, foreman mobile access, change orders, and custom PDF branding. Business ($199/mo) is for multi-crew operations: 10 users, advanced reporting, dedicated onboarding, and phone support.
Do you charge per user?
Starter is single-user. Pro includes up to 3 users with foreman access. Business includes 10 users. Larger teams can contact sales for Enterprise.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — pay annually and get 2 months free on every plan. Toggle the annual switch on the pricing card to see the discounted rate.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export every estimate, customer, and material list as Excel at any time. After cancellation we retain your data for 30 days so you can reactivate without loss, then it's permanently deleted.
